Honey

Our honey is a true reflection of the land and seasons that surround our apiary. Harvested in small batches, each jar captures the natural floral diversity of the Pacific Northwest—untouched, unblended, and exactly as the bees made it.

We never over-process our honey. It is raw, screened, and gently handled to preserve its natural enzymes, aroma, and rich flavor profile. Color and taste may vary slightly from batch to batch, which is part of what makes real, local honey so special.

Our bees forage freely across a wide range of native blossoms, producing a honey that is smooth, complex, and naturally balanced—not overly sweet, but full of depth and character. No additives. No shortcuts. Just honest honey from healthy, well-cared-for colonies.
